| Dr. Laura Weathers is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received her medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her residency training in pediatrics at the University of South Florida, where she became board certified in pediatrics and was employed as an Associate Professor for over 16 years. |

| Dr. Weathers began researching alternatives to traditional medical care while still at USF. She completed her acupuncture training at UCLA, in a program open only to physicians. She successfully passed the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture Boards and now provides acupuncture treatment for adults and children. |
